This expeditious service will require the client to supply the monoclonal antibody to NJ Biopharmaceuticals.
- 5 – 20 mg of mAb for preparation of 3 – 10 mg of ADC.
- Unused amounts of antibody will be returned to client.
- The well-characterized ADCs, typically with a drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) in the range of 3 – 5, will be supplied in the desired formulation buffer.
- ADCs will be characterized for:
- DAR by HIC or rp-HPLC and MS
- Monomer content by SEC

Cell Line Development for Recombinant Protein Manufacturing
NJ Biopharmaceuticals will establish a stable mammalian cell line for protein and antibody production, normally a time and cost consuming process. Our team possesses extensive experience in cell culture and construct preparation to ensure the success of the project. Transient transfection will be used to ensure selection of a stable clone.
